1. Website use and purchases

The website offers website development, marketing and automation services, digital products and courses. Contents, price, delivery method and availability are detailed on the product page or in an individual proposal. You must provide accurate, current details. A paid order is confirmed after payment approval; an unpaid order does not grant access to paid content.

Digital products are for the purchaser’s use under the licence stated in the product. You may not distribute, resell or transfer files or course access to others without permission. The product title and description determine its contents.

2. Responsibility and service policy

Nekoda is responsible for providing the product or service according to the description and terms agreed at purchase. For a faulty file, download problem, missing access or mismatch with the description, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review it and work towards a correction, redelivery or another solution according to the circumstances and the law.

Files and courses are working and learning tools; no particular business outcome, income, search ranking or customer count is guaranteed. Implementation also depends on your business, decisions and third-party systems. Responsibility and support for tailored services are defined in the approved proposal, without limiting rights that cannot be waived under the law.

3. Delivery policy and times

Downloadable digital products: There is no physical delivery or delivery charge. After payment approval and an order status granting access, download links are available in the customer account and order details, and in the order email if sent. A product marked as available to download is delivered digitally upon payment approval. If links are unavailable after payment approval, contact us to check the order.

Courses with early enrolment: Early enrolment is open at launch prices. The introductory video is temporary and is not a course lesson. Full lessons will be uploaded later and their release date has not been set. At this stage, you are not purchasing a complete course available for immediate viewing. This status is also explained on the course pages.

Services tailored to your business: Delivery dates and milestones for a website, marketing or automation project are set in the proposal or project agreement, including the materials and approvals required from the client. The website currently offers no physical product deliveries.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

You may request cancellation by email at info@nekoda.co.il, by phone at 054-5400675 or 08-6775777, through WhatsApp or through the website contact form. Include your name and details identifying the transaction, such as the order number. Do not send a full credit card number or security code.

Cancellation rights for distance transactions apply under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 and its regulations, according to the type of transaction. Where a cancellation right exists, the period is generally 14 days from the legally applicable date; for a non-continuing service, cancellation must also occur at least two days that are not rest days before the service starts. Extended periods for eligible populations apply subject to the conditions set by law.

For a course purchased through early enrolment whose lessons have not yet been supplied, you may request cancellation before delivery, subject to applicable legal cancellation rights and deadlines. Viewing the temporary introduction does not constitute delivery of the full lessons.

Digital products may fall within legal exceptions for information as defined in the Computers Law and products that can be copied. Applicability will be assessed according to the product type and circumstances; this is not a blanket denial of cancellation rights or remedies for defects, non-conformity or non-delivery.

Where cancellation fees are legally permitted, they will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. For cancellation due to defects, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach, no cancellation fee will be charged where required by law. An eligible refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, according to law and through the appropriate payment method.

5. Privacy policy and credit card details

Details about information collection and use are provided in thePrivacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We undertake not to transfer the customer’s credit card details to a third party

Do not provide full card details or a security code through a contact form, WhatsApp or email. When using a payment service, enter them only in the payment provider’s designated payment interface.

6. General provisions

The laws of the State of Israel apply to website use and transactions, and jurisdiction will be determined by law. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived. Future updates will not retrospectively change terms agreed for an existing transaction. Before purchasing, read the product details and terms and actively confirm your agreement.

Course Terms and Refund Policy

Course enrolment is personal. You may not transfer access, copy, distribute or sell content without written permission. Review the course description and delivery terms before purchase.

Early enrolment; the introduction video is temporary and is not a course lesson; the full lessons will be uploaded later and their release date has not yet been determined. Viewing an introduction or preview does not count as viewing a lesson and does not constitute delivery of the full course.

Subject to mandatory cancellation and restitution rights under Israeli law, after a student has watched at least two different lessons from the course content, no credit or refund will be provided under the business’s refund policy. This is a business policy, not a rule established by law. It will not be applied without reliable viewing records, or based only on opening an account, visiting a page or watching the introduction.

This clause does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights, including rights arising from defects, non-conformity, misleading information, non-delivery or breach of an undertaking. Each request will be assessed according to the transaction type, request date and circumstances; a statutory right is not automatically rejected because of the number of lessons viewed. Before two lessons are viewed, cancellation eligibility and terms are likewise determined by law and the transaction terms.

Digital Product Terms and Refund Policy

Products are digital files for the purchaser’s use; there is no physical delivery. Delivery takes place after payment approval through a working download link or file access in the order’s downloads area. A broken link or inaccessible file is not valid delivery.

Once a digital product has actually been delivered to the purchaser, no credit or refund for a change of mind will be provided where it constitutes information covered by the exception in section 14C(d)(3) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, subject to all mandatory statutory rights. This is not a blanket exclusion of cancellation rights for every product or service sold online.

This provision does not exclude remedies for a faulty file, a product different from what was promised, non-conformity, misleading information, non-delivery or breach. In those cases, you may request support and cancellation or a refund where required by law. Before delivery, and where the exception does not apply, statutory cancellation and restitution rights apply.
