I am Shira Elimelech Stern. I believe that when people dare to make room for what matters to them, a meaningful business is born. Nekoda is my way of helping that meaning meet the world.

I live at the intersection of people, marketing and technology. I began creating content online at a young age and later gained experience in marketing, sales, websites and business systems. What still lights me up is the moment someone begins to see what they can do with their idea.
After a period when family was at the centre, I returned to Nekoda with a different view of time, work and what truly matters. With a desire to create things of value and work with people whose journey I believe in.
I believe a business built with care deserves to be heard. Its uniqueness should be felt. Technology should free up its time, and its marketing can begin with a deep belief in what it gives.
That is where my work begins. I ask why, listen and connect the answers to messages, design and processes you can use. Websites, content, marketing, automations and chatbots all take direction from the same essence.
This is a mission for me. Taking the heart you put into your business and giving it a way to meet the right people. Thinking together, creating with enthusiasm, then rolling up our sleeves and doing the work.
Nekoda is much more than a marketing agency. It is a place that turns ideas into action, a studio that thinks outside the box and stays connected to the heart.
